Anna Baker

With a keen interest in facial anatomy, Anna holds a post-graduate certificate in Applied Clinical Anatomy-specialising in head and neck anatomy, and has undertaken the NMC Practice Educator Qualification at King’s College London as part of her on current MA in Clinical Education studies.

Anna was awarded ‘Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of The Year’ at the Aesthetic Awards 2017, and ‘Highly Commended’ in 2015 & 2016. Anna is part of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing and is the Aesthetic Nursing Section Editor for The PMFA Journal, and frequently contributes anatomical and aesthetic articles to a number of journals. She regularly presents at national and international aesthetic and anatomical conferences and has been a previous runner up for ‘Dermatology Nurse of The Year’ at The British Journal of Nursing Awards in 2014 and been awarded ‘Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of The Year’ at The British Journal of Nursing Awards in 2016, Anna is a board member for The British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN), and jointly leads the Education & Training Committee on behalf of this organisation.

Anna also works on an independent consultancy basis and as a Key Opinion Leader with a number of aesthetic companies, including NEOSTRATA, Aesthetic Technologies, IBSA, and Skinbetter Science. Anna is part of the training faculty for Ha-Derma, as well as Aesthetic Source.

She is a member of the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners and the Royal College of Surgeons of England. She also holds a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine.

Currently, she has a part time role in the NHS as a senior fellow in General Surgery at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Her broad experience in the aesthetic field has led her to become a teacher herself.

With a passion for both, science and art, Dr Eugenia blends the precision of surgery with the creativity of artistry to achieve natural and transformative results.

She advocates for ageing naturally whilst enhancing one’s features.

Professor Syed Haq

He is a key opinion leader for Galderma, and currently the chief medical and scientific officer of a UK ABPI registered biopharmaceutical company developing a platform for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.

He has recently presented a lecture on neurotoxins at Aesthetic Conference UK in 2019 and worked closely with Saatchi and Saatchi on improving awareness of neurotoxins to clinicians and the public.

He is the chairman of the Association of PDO threads UK and chairs the UK’s largest Aesthetic Conference (FACE) on their threads agenda.

Alongside his medical practice he has been working in the field of anti-ageing and aesthetics for over a decade. He has co-ordinated and overseen two MHRA registered phase IIa double blind placebo controlled clinical trials undertaken in the UK. He notably achieved the successful award of an Orphan Drug Designation from the US FDA in 2014.

Prof. Haq has worked closely with PwC and Rothschilds in the past, as part of a biopharma valuation process and with Vertex Pharmaceuticals.

Prof. Haq trained at Guy’s Hospital, Hammersmith and the Royal Brompton Hospitals, Imperial College University, Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and Tufts University in Boston. Following his medical training he completed a PhD at Harvard Medical School/Mass General in the field of cell signal transduction. The cutting-edge work has provided insight into how cells communicate, age and have led to the development of a series of signal effector inhibitors.

He has published over 100 peer-reviewed scientific articles/abstracts in e.g., Proceedings of the National Academy of Science, Ann Rheum Diseases, Journal of Clinical Investigations, Circulation, Arthritis Research and Therapy, and Nature Medicine. He has received multiple national and international awards/ fellowships/honours from the Medical Research Council, Welcome Trust, Zeneca Pharmaceuticals, American Heart Association, Heart Failure Society of America.

Eleanor Hartley

Eleanor is the CEO and founder of Hart Medical clinic in Mayfair. She began her medical career as an NMC Reg Midwife specialising in fetal & maternal health. On pivoting into the aesthetic industry, she completed an MSc in Cosmetic Dermatology and began an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice. Her core focus is on whole-body optimisation with a focus on regenerative treatments to target aesthetic concerns. Tracey Jones

Tracey has been an NMC-registered nurse since 1996, with a career encompassing role in education and senior nursing management. An independent prescriber, she has advanced her expertise to master’s level. As a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a published author, Tracey has made valuable contributions to the nursing profession.

In 2015, Tracey transitioned into the field of medical aesthetics, and in 2020, she co-founded her own award-winning, CQC-registered aesthetic clinic in Chester, which she runs alongside her daughter, also an NMC-registered nurse. The clinic has earned a strong reputation for its commitment to excellence.

Tracey’s professional passion is regulation, particularly in aesthetic medicine. As co-owner of Inspire to Outstand, a consultancy that specialises in CQC registration for aesthetic clinics, she offers expert advice to healthcare providers on regulatory matters. Tracey is also a frequent speaker at conferences, sharing her insights on regulation across various healthcare sectors and has supported over 500 businesses.

Claudia McGloin

Claudia McGloin is a renowned expert in regenerative medicine with a specialised focus on Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). Alex has a keen interest in facial anatomy and education. She has attended master classes in London, Paris , Monaco and Asia. Alex has presented at many national and international conference’s. She has been a trainer and KOL for number of pharmaceutical companies in the UK and Ireland. She is multi published author in the realm of aesthetic medicine and is a member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing. Alex is the vice Chair of the British Association of Comestic Nurses.

Professor David Sines FRCN CBE

Professor David Sines was until recently Pro Vice Chancellor and Executive Dean and Professor of Community Health Care Nursing at the Faculty of Society and Health at Buckinghamshire New University. David obtained his PhD in social policy from the University of Southampton in 1993 and has held four Secretary of State appointments, including appointments to the UKCC and NMC. He has been a Governor of three NHS Foundation Trusts in London. He recently held an Honorary Appointment with Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust as Associate Director of Nursing. He is a Fellow of the RCN (since 1989) and received a CBE in the 2010 Queen’s Birthday Honours List for ‘Services to Health Care’. David is a Non-Executive Director with the Central London NHS Community Healthcare Trust and an Associate Non-Executive Director with Buckinghamshire NHS Hospitals Trust. David is a Trustee with The Burdett Nursing Trust and was appointed as Independent Chair and Registrar of the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners in January 2016. His work depends on the creation and maintenance of effective inter-professional and inter-agency collaboration between health and social care agencies, Royal Colleges and professional regulators.
